We were excited for breakfast with Santa as this us our first Christmas with our first child. However, my baby caught a cold/fever/ear infections at daycare and had to keep him inside. We were not able to get our $109.50 refunded.

Mark- I ve called many times and left you voicemails, but have not received any calls back. I called the hotel that morning as soon as I found out my baby was running a fever. Didn t take him to spread the bronchiolitis virus as the cold season was bad. Only if I can give zero star...
