I met today with Serge Mukha. I have been a Cpap user for 5 years. I got it through another supplier. Serge did an outstanding job answering my questions and explaining various matters. He was very easy to talk to, understandable and very knowledgeable suggesting new ideas, but not being"pushy." I would highly recommend him/them.
