Had a terrible experience. I went there to submit biometrics and on that particular day a huge crowd came for the same. Since the embassy doesn t give appointments for biometric submission there was chaos around and everybody wanted to go first. Even the security guards could not manage the crowd. And then came two gentlemen from the crowd who managed there own list of candidates and started forming queue in their own order. Till the time I could understand what s happening, my number in the queue was 80 which was supposed to be 30 when I arrived there. The embassy officials were very slow and my turn came at 3.30 pm. The biometrics process itself takes just 10 minutes. The good thing was the embassy took the responsibility for serving all the candidates till the evening irrespective of their 9-11 slot. The bad thing was many people had to reschedule their flights and buses since they had come from far off places hoping to finish by 11 am. The conclusion is always keep a day in buffer for such visits to Swedish Embassy.
