Filing system is poor, lack of communication between NYS taxation and finance and individuals. They want to audit but not take calls. Waiting for 3 months now, 3 weeks ago received a notice, I was getting a letter in the mail, yet to receive that. I worked hard all year, as a single parent this is hard.
