This is one of the best mechanics I've been to. A true expert, John does an extremely thorough and comprehensive inspection to diagnose the problem before letting you know what you need. Filled me in on all the details, even emailed me pictures as he was inspecting my car. Very knowledgeable, he cuts right through B.S. to let you know exactly whats wrong and what he can do to fix it. Is it more expensive than any old random garage mechanic? sure. But cheaper than the dealership and a much better experience in my opinion. Unlike the dealership, you're not in the dark, talking to someone behind a desk, while a God-knows how experienced of a mechanic is tinkering around in your car.

After they were done they cleaned my BMW E46, left it looking way nicer than when I dropped it off. Overall, a very positive experience. These people are passionate about the work they do and it shows.
