What an experience. Whether you stay or not the place is superb all around. Dinner was excellent. They missed the mark on the scallop beet concept but another dish was promptly brought.

Beef short rib, and tartare were probably the best I've ever had. The terrine of fois gras was also one of the best foie gras dishes. Their wine list is incomparable, 89 pages, luckily each section has their own sommelier. Pro tip you can also order wine by the glass from their tasting menu if you're doing a la carte.

If you stay there the place is 5 stars across the board...want something? Just ask!
