My husband & I stayed here from May 20 - 28th to celebrate our anniversary. Initially had a minor mix-up with the room reservation (On Expedia's end), which was rapidly corrected. We were treated like royalty our entire stay. Staff was friendly & incredibly thoughtful. Frequently came back to the room after dinner to find our room had been decked out with rose petals, jacuzzi filled with bubbles, a plate of lovely desserts & a bottle of chilled champagne. The resort is meticulously maintained & it is apparent everyone loves their job. Because of our room mix up, the hotel manager, Darling, made sure we were well taken care of. In less then 1 day, we felt like friends with so many wonderful people - Darling, Warnes, Juan, Luis, Randy & so many more. Great memories were made! I would recommend this resort unquestionably! Thank-you for a lovely stay & making us feel like family. Hasta que nos volvamos a ver mis amigos!
