I would disregard the person who said "people just want to leave a bad review". If you buy from this company its on you. Most people don't complain unless its bad. and I don,t see any other good feed back other than the plant feedback. Anyway I bought a freezer and fridge from this company. The freezer stopped working after just 7 months in service. Legacy took months of sending technician after technician, hours up hours on hold, and the loss of all my frozen goods. Finally they agreed to send me a new unit. i was told I would get a new unit and to just make sure to box up the old unit for them to pick up. When I tried to find out when the new unit would arrive they had changed there answering severe so that it forces you to leave an message and not wait for a live person. Of course no one ever returned my call. 3 weeks later the new unit shows up on my door step. I would have never even left this bad review but now I cant get anyone to return my call on the pick up for the old unit that's boxed up and ready to be pick up. So i paid someone to box it up, its setting at my location taking up space and now ill have to pay someone to haul it off.
