If you want to take insurance, honestly: look elsewhere. Generali Belgium seems to be totally incompetent.
By phone "sorry sir, the reference person of the file is not in the office today". By email, idem.
They are unable to help you. The payment of the balance of a contract takes months when they have received all the documents. I would NEVER call on Generali's service. I hesitate to even complain.
