I took my car in not knowing exactly what was wrong. It seemed to be shuttering when I accelerated and when driving in low gear. Scott listened as I explained the trouble and called a technician so that he could take it for a drive to see what was the matter. As we waited for the technician, he also took a peek under the hood for me and discovered a possible issue with the cooling tank. He also showed me that my license plate bulbs had gone out. Scott explained that they would take it into the shop and take a closer look. He got a rental for me to drive as repairs were being made and showed me how to work the locks and how to use the push-button start. He also said that he would call with updates for me. He did follow up later to let me know that they would be replacing the transmission and that it was covered under the warranty! Yay! A few days later, he called to let me know that it was ready and that they replaced the cooling tank as well! Throughout the whole process, Scott was so patient and so friendly. I really appreciated how he explained things to me and how he followed up with me as well. He did an outstanding job! Every time my husband and I bring our cars in, we are always impressed with the service team and how they take care of us!
