Very thorough in evaluating required services. Explaining the necessity of the services helped to alleviate sticker shock. Work was completed within the estimated time.

Service consultant, Eric Chau, was very professional. Detailed all the services performed. Also explained that maintenance was performed regularly - usually every two years or 30,000 miles - so the cost will not come as a shock the next time.
