Owners and landlords--go elsewhere! Read the fine print. Their contract gives them the right to collect management fees even after you terminate--EVEN against tenants that were there when they took over. Unbelievable. We kept getting new 'managers' assigned to our account--I can only guess at the reasons for the high turnover. We've never had such a change with the other property management we deal with. We tried discussing our reasons for dissatisfaction and our intent to terminate, and believe me there was no getting through to them--in their eyes, they had performed beautifully. Our tenants learned to dislike them so much that several moved rather than re-sign with them.
