1. Terrible customer service and short of staff. For example, we waited at the front for more than 5 mins to be seated even it's not busy inside. Then more than 20mins to have the water that we asked, and we had to ask several times.
2. Food is awesome, the Vietnamese noodle soup tastes very plain but msg, pat tai is very sour.
3. Price is higher than that in ToTo next door to it.
4. The waitress is very rude.
