They gave us a sick kitten. I took him to an animal hospital where he got meds and still was getting worse. In fear of him getting our other cat sick, I went back to AWA to see what they could do or possibly having to give him back. The second we walked in we were treated like $%*t. I couldn't believe how different their attitudes changed from adoption day to this day (1 week later). The guy wouldn't even let me complete a sentence. He was sarcastic and smug. I had no problem taking on the cost of any medical treatments but they didn't want to hear it. Shame on them! I used to brag about how great they were but never again. They need to make sure their animals aren't sick before adopting out.
