I came to get an oil change on my 2019 Highlander at 2:30pm and I had been waiting for 2 hr when I went to check status on my suv and they said they were still working on it. Then another hr Passed by so I asked again and the guy told me if anybody had came to talk to me about my vehicle and I told him no, so he finally made a call to the technician and it had been ready but nobody had came to get me. I was frustrated that it took them almost 3 1/2hrs to give me back my vehicle and their communication was pretty poor...
