The salesperson Jackie was very professional. The rest of the company I wouldn't trust. The move took 8 hours to load up and the overload was placed into another truck. That was not what I ordered. The hired help are not employees of the company and this was never disclosed. We moved from Chicago to Miami and I was told to be at our new home at 9am. They didn't show up until close to noon. The driver "Roy" never called out the numbers because he wanted to get out quick. He had his own schedule. Items were broken - computer furniture and 3 bins of important family photos were missing. Over flow was stored at their warehouse for a few weeks. Naturally items were going to missing, again I say this is not what I had ordered. Driver for the second load arrived 3 weeks later and delivered items that weren't even mine. I returned them to the driver. I started to unpack and realized that family photo's and beads were missing. I asked the company to look for these items call previous drop offs and look into the warehouse. The Regional Director never called only text - What kind of customer service is this- You call the customer who spent $9000 to move. I even called the regional directors boss ( Mike Ritter) and the receptionist would not transfer my call to him, she said you can leave a message in Christine Evertsen voice mail. She didn't allow me to speak with Mr. Ritter. I worked with their claims and was reimbursed for the broken items. I trusted Advantage Moving with all my personal items and they didn't delivery as promised. I would not recommend this company to move anything. There is a lot more to my experience and I think anyone who reads this will understand that they are not professional.
The moving company employees did not deliver my Yamaha, Denon receivers and personal family items. THEY STEAL YOUR ITEMS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPANY EMPLOYEES NOT HONEST.
