I was very pleased with Lisa in the service department! She's very friendly and she went above and beyond to help me find the tires I need, even though I initially just needed to get an oil change. I was dreading going in for service, but Lisa made it fun. They have great snacks, coffee, tea, and water. Every single person I came in contact with treated me with respect and kindness. If you need Dodge service, head to Covert! Ask for Lisa and you won't be disappointed.
