I have been walking with the rheumatologist in Fransiscus for a while. And I am very satisfied with that. So when I had to go to a gynecologist, I also decided to go to Fransiscus. When making an appointment I had clearly stated what I came for and what I wanted. The gynecologist examined me, confirmed what I already knew and said he would send me to the filling clinic in the IJsseland hospital ... There is no filling clinic ... He said it could take three months before contact was made . I already received a questionnaire the next day, which I completed and sent back the same day. The next day I was called for an appointment and could go a week later. Unfortunately we had to deal with many traffic jams on the way there. I saw that we were not going to make the appointment and therefore I called to inform that we were stuck in traffic. There were more waiting for me. When we finally arrived in the parking garage, there was another waiting for me. Poorly reachable by phone so ... 8 floors of the parking garage lower and 3 floors higher in the hospital, I reported at the desk and indicated that I was 15 minutes late. The assistant briefly consulted with the doctor, who immediately said that I had to make a new appointment! The assistant could not do that. So home, immediately back in traffic ... been on the road for an hour and a half for that Jan my short last name! And now I have to wait until contact is made for a new appointment. I hope this goes as smoothly as the first appointment and they won't be as difficult next time if you are 15 minutes late due to the chaos on the road. After all, I don't get there for fun either ...
