I booked three rooms in the hotel, first problem, one of the rooms was booked for a month later and not fot that date, the person had to look for another hotel. Second problem, about a month before arriving I extended the reservation for one extra night, and they didin't put the reservations together, so they wanted us to check out and change rooms for the extra night. Third problem, at arrival my room had a leak in the bathtub so I had to change rooms the second day. Fourth problem, they have complementary shoe shining, I gave it a shot and left my shoes at the front desk as told by the concierge, two days later they had not returned, so I had to ask for them, they didn't even know I had left them there. Fifth problem, my boss' room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and the toilet was making noise all the time.

The whole experience was a real mess...
