Beware when signing up for their budget billing plan. I signed up in November. The December payment came out correctly. The January payment didn't come out. When I checked the website, everything looked fine. When I called, they said their internal system showed the account had been un-enrolled from their budget plan. I still had to un-enroll on their website but they could not explain it. For almost 4 years, I paid the bill online without any issues. As soon as I signed up for their budget program, this happens. Anyway, be sure to double-check everything and check often if you use their budget billing program.
