Had a greenhouse controller of theirs go out and they are 30 days out from being able repair or replace it. I have a greenhouse full of lettuce plants growing to seed with no way to control fans, vents, coolers or heater. Their only solution was to go to Home Depot and buy separate timers for each motor and use those until they could get something to me. If you have a huge investment in plants this is not the controller to use. If you have issues they have no solutions to get you up and running in a timely manner. Deal with someone who has inventory readily available or that can keep up with their own demand.
