The customer service department is lacking BIG TIME! They aren't thorough...it feels like if you have a serious problem they try 2 sugarcoat the issue to get you in and out. If you have an oil change it takes forever!! Then they don't fully inspect your vehicle appropriately. My mom got the oil changed before she drove the vehicle to the mountains. They told her the tires would need inspection as well as some other things. The next 3k miles I bring it in they say the tires are fine BUT the next month or so i notice the alignment is awful. My front right tire is ate up. If I weren't taking it to discount tires I would have addressed it. My bigger issue is that I had problems with it not cranking & leaving me stranded. Thursday a week ago they tell me they ran test on the alternator, battery, & power sources ¬hings wrong...told me to take it back home and IF it happens again to call triple A 2 tow it to them. They keep it overnight and the service dept wouldnt offer a loaner. I even had to keep calling to see what problem they found. I take it home...drive it to work Friday...don't drive it all weekend & Monday morning I wake up and its dead again. I jump it take it to the dealer after work, go inside, they come out to crank it and it won't start again. I see the head manager this time and atleast I got a nice loaner. The next day i get a call at 12 saying this time the only thing they could find is the battery has a dead cell ( but 3 days ago it was perfect????) ANYWAY they replaced the battery for the 2nd time in a year and a half...its a 2017 model!!!! Platinum Armada....they're tooooooo lazy to figure out the root of the problem...I'm a single mom and I don't have time to be pacified and give the run around. I believe in being courteous but I'm straight up. I even asked for a copy of the paperwork for test ran on my vehicle both times and the excuse that he couldnt give them to me was the secretary was out of the office and they would email them. I still haven't seen an email!! But they can email me to lmk I need a state inspection (WHICH I GOT BACK IN JUNE/JULY) & fuel cleaner. This company is about getting you to buy a vehicle and leaving you hanging with the promise of free 3-4 hour oil changes for life. The need to do better is a MUST! It's not fair to honest paying customers like me who just need a smooth sail especially with a vehicle company bc life is hard enough already otherwise!!!
& another thing a customer shouldn't ever have to go without a loaner especially if they only have one ride AND IT'S IN YOUR SHOP WITH A WARRANTY ON IT (with the excuse that theyre all loaned out) && have to be dependent on others to take them to work when a dealership has a whole lot full of cars to offer! :(
On a good sidenote they have really nice looking vehicles for sale! :)
