Hello, I purchased a new Honda Odyssey elite in 2018 and I sold it in March of 2020. I had 2 concerns. The first was reliability and dependability of the van. I felt that numerous glitches where affecting the van. The 2nd is how the Bob Lindsay service department handled those issues. I feel that a new van that is brought in 8 different occasions, makes me feel uncomfortable to keep that vehicle. Once a customer has a major transmission issue to the point the van is not drivable, and it is bought back to the dealer with only 1800 miles on it and all that is done is reset the computer. Something is wrong. And that was the steps taken, this is no good. The problem was never solved, just covered over. I felt that during these issues I was just a number. I wish my experience with bob lindsay could have been better.
