Joel was very polite and friendly although he was obviously new as he had to refer me to a more experienced sales person. I felt Jake was a little pushy at first however he did take the time to explain things that I was concerned about. It was obvious to me that a " script " is used when training this sales team; just the right amount of first name used, little comments about the weather and how busy we all are etc. Felt it was laid on a little too thickly however I did sign the contracts so it can't have put me off too much!
