I had a break and enter through my back door almost 2 years ago and was referred to Pella Doors for the replacement of my old door through a relative. It was one of the best decisions I ever made in terms of the overall security, aesthetic look and quality of my rear entrance way. Our sales representative John Alexander was a true professional. He was patient, understanding of our situation and thorough. There were no high pressure sales tactics or disingenuous comments ever. We got a door system installed that we are so proud of. It has totally added value to our home and we ve never felt more secure about our rear doors.

Just today, I had another appointment with John to come in and have him look at replacing our commercial no name side door. After 30+ years it needed changing... we are very pleased with our decision to have a Pella door installed that is solid, secure and attractive once again.

I am always so impressed with the relaxed professional attitude John has and his concise and technical nature gives give me confidence in our purchase and our project every time.

I feel that John s lead on projects also means I have a professional who s ready at all times to start, follow through and follow up on every project. He s always available to answer questions at any time. I appreciate that.
