Hotel is nice, service is terrible. We arrived at 12:30 and was told our room was not ready yet. They said they would call us when it was ready. Check in time was supposed to be 4:00. We didn't get our room until after 6 pm. We had to rush to make our dinner reservations. There were about 20 other people with the same problem. We wasted over 2 hours waiting in the lobby after being told over and over again that someone was checking on the room. After being told it was ready, we went to the room only to find that they were still cleaning it. The next day we can't even get anyone to make up our room. We asked to please have someone make up our room at 11 AM and it's now after 6pm and our room is still not made up. You get better service at a Holiday Inn.
