Trash!! Carpet is stained multiple spots and bedding had spots! Asked why room wasn t cleaned or fresh towels delivered. Apparently this is a special request. Seriously if I need to beg for a simple towel then we have issues. All the staff that answer the phones have attitudes but don t be swayed, they seem to try the best to pronounce your name. Ugh, so done with a 4 day birthday outing. Thanks for killing my 40th Hilton. I can pay half the price down the street and get twice the service. I will never return. Hyatt is next door, and Shorebreak is down the street.
