I really liked my experience here. The decor and ambiance are both lovely. The rooms are small but well appointed and comfortable. My two gripes are no WiFi in the gym and no early check in. Arriving on an overnight flight and not getting a room until 4 isn t ideal. This was the same for all my colleagues who stayed there and each of us would happily have paid for an early check in. I understand that hotels are often full - but this happens every time, and to everyone I know which seems unlikely.
