I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Vernon McDonald for such a great deal on such a great used car. It was not the right time for me to buy a car, as I was recently in an accident where the other driver totaled my vehicle. I chose a very good but inexpensive used car and I want to mention that I was treated no less important than if I were buying a brand new car at five times the price. Vernon was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty in every way to extend to me a very great price and even offered to personally drive me to return my rental car. I also wish to send a shout out to the Sales Manager Ivan for his participation in my wonderful auto purchasing experience. Nalley Ford, because of these two outstanding individuals and also the courteous professionalism of all of your staff that I interacted with, you have won my loyalty and shall be the first place that I stop when I am ready for that new Ford Mustang!
