I received a quote for my photography equipment, as I was switching from Nikon to Sony.. Quote was $3500+ for my equipment, which I thought was decent.. I shipped in my equipment, and then received an email saying they got it, and they would be in contact withing 5-7 days.. 11 days go by and not a word, so, I emailed them back for an update and then I get an automated email saying to call a number and ask for Jack Gold.. I call and get a voicemail and says they will return call within 2 days..
Luckily I got a phone call back same day.. I was put on hold for 15 mins, and then finally spoke with Jack about my quote.. It was way way lower then what was in email.. Only about $1700 now.. I ask about a trade, on a Sony 16-35mm 2.8GM.. He said he had a floor model, that he would sell with the trade money, and 299$ cash.. I asked if he can overnite it because I needed it for a photo shoot.. He said we would..That was on 5/8/18 we completed the order.. on 5/10/18 still no lens, so I called customer service who said he would have it shipped out that day so I can get it on the 11th.. 5/11/18 came and went, but no lens.. But I finally got an email it has shipped on 5/11/18 and I will receive my lens 5/14/18.. they totally screwed me over.. never again!

Update: They corrected their mistake..

Update Again: said I was going to be given a credit.. been over a week and haven't received anything. The customer service here sucks! And I've talked to a bunch of other Photographers who agree
