I was surprised that the paper work took so long. I believe it took nearly 15 minutes to complete the paperwork which is not the end of the world, but it took longer this time than any other appointment in the past. Also, we did not get out car washed and vacuumed which my wife loves. This has happened more than once. Two other times in the past 3 years there's been an issue and our car has not been washed and vacuumed. If there are issues with cleaning the car, why not hand out coupons to a local car wash business so the customer feels like you're really interested in taking care of them. When I picked up the car, the service rep did not go over the maintenance report but was very friendly. I didn't think about it until my drive home. Luckily the car checked out perfectly.
