Just switched monitoring service to Smith Thompson due to the low cost monitoring service fee. I waited two months to write a review to check the service, etc. The installer was friendly and knowledgable. He was able to convert my existing alarm service for a low fee to add their monitoring module to my existing system. I highly recommend this service.
