Edit in reference to response from the Hotel. Sorry but I'm not too interested in emailing you.

Went to a wedding dinner. The decor and surroundings were great. Food was not nice at all. Staff were also a bit blur. I take it that some are temp staff to help cover the wedding, but they should have been trained better... 1 staff didn't even know where the washroom is..
