First, I was given an appointment time of 8:00am. At 8:05am, I received a call telling me that the tech, Henry, was running late and would arrive in about 5 minutes. Who does that? You usually get a 2-4 hour window and the tech arrives when he arrives. I really appreciate the promptness and courtesy extended by the Shavitz company.
After arrival, Henry listened to my concerns and went right to work to remedy the issue. After making adjustments to the system, I was instructed to monitor the operation, and if the situation did not correct itself, call for another appointment.
I couldn't be happier with Shavitz' prompt service and professionalism.
