I have never written a review for anywhere I've been, but if I save 1 person money and grief this will be worth it. The A/C didn't work in our room, maintenance was like "I guess someone turned it off and forgot to turn it back on. Oops." It also took them 4 hours to come to the room to fix it. The wait for the elevator was 30 mins any time of day. The place was dirty and everything was run down and trashy. I didn't see one staff person clean anything or pick up common areas. The front staff doesn't answer the phone so if you need something you have to go downstairs to them to ask that basic services be provided. 1 or 2 staff members were nice and tried to help if you were lucky enough to find them but all around the worst travel experience I've ever had.
