The customer service is second to none. Everyone I encountered was friendly, engaging, and incredibly attentive. I stayed on the 15th floor in one of the newly renovated Executive Balcony suites and loved it. It's spacious with a large living room and a sectional that folds out into a Queen sized bed. Floor to ceiling windows make for a wonderful view of the city. The King size bed in the bedroom is fantastic. I slept like a baby, it's so comfy and soft. The bathroom has a separate shower with a rainfall shower head and they have a deep and long soaker tub with scorching hot water (which I love). Having coffee out on the balcony is one of my favorite things to do, so having a balcony with table and chairs is awesome. Being located on Robson is great because you are on a street filled with shopping and food options. Being a Marriott Rewards Silver Elite Member gets you early check in and late check-out so I was able to get my room right at 12pm and can check out at 4pm. Im giving the Westin a 4 star rating due to a few minor things: though the suites are renovated, you can tell bits and pieces looked rushed with a low-quality finish. The furniture had noticable wear and tear and only having two public elevators for the hotel bit of a pain and the day I arrived only one was working, so we only had one to use and it would literally take 10 minutes to get the elevator. The room came with robes but they were stained and I didn't feel comfortable wearing them. Other than those minor details, it was a fantastic stay and I would absolutely stay again.
