I have been going to this clinic for 26 years and I am truly disappointed in what it has become. It used to be a friendly welcoming place and now it is full of staff just giving you a hard time. I am sorry to see it this way. There are a few staff members who are great and haven't changed, like Dr. James Bastian in pediatrics or Carmen from billing/insurance, but everyone else doesn't seem to even try for the patients anymore. I have gone through more trouble just trying to schedule there than is needed, they are trying to force the website booking so they aren't as helpful as they used to be. Which is unfair to those who do not use computers, which still occurs in this time period. And honestly I think it is just horrid. A clinic should have representatives that actually CARE about their patients, not only doctors but secretaries, technicians, etc. When a patient would like to speak to a director there should be a way to make it happen for them. I have also literally witnessed a staff member treat a pt who did not speak Spanish poorly, than were completely over the top for a Spanish speaker! I am a Spanish speaker myself and I was extremely appalled to see the preference treatment! And when I tried to report the horrendous behavior they would not give the name of their supervisor! I had my last head ache with them today, I am done and moving on to find a new clinic.
