The instructional staff is comparable to none other. In first term Glenn provides a foundation of professionalism, and basic general knowledge that applies to the rest of the program and requirements for obtaining the A&P. In second term there are two instructors who absolutely compliment each other Roy, and Nelson. Roy is an absolute subject matter expert with reciprocating engines and what GA life could be like should we choose that path. He also shares a pure passion for aviation with the students that is inspiring and also makes it easy to learn. Nelson is an absolute professional who is by the book and you can always count on him for integrity and to show you the only right way, and appropriate procedure to get something done. Third term I met Kent, and Bobby. Kent was very talented at taking complicated subject matter and breaking it down so it was easy to understand, there were times in Kent's class where I didn't even realize I was learning only to ace a test down the road. Bobby also provided good insight as to what life in the GA world would be like. 4th term is a subject that is also full of a lot of information, and was lead by Nate, and Justin. I jokingly refer to Nate to the newer students as the turbine wizard but, that is not a joke. The entire time I studied under Nate I was nothing but Impressed with the massive amount of knowledge and experience he has. I also appreciate his desire to uphold a high standard, and integrity. Justin shares that desire of a high standard and integrity, and truly cares about his students. He also has a lot of insight as to what the profession would be like in a more commercial environment, and is a very diligent individual. In 5th term Chris is takes the vast amount of knowledge he has and passes it on to the student with ease, while making a fun but professional environment. Tim always had a good answer to any question I asked. During my short stay in 7th term I met Jesse and Bert who are also 2 instructors that compliment each other. They are both subject matter experts and are very diligent when trying to get students to under stand the material. I would also like to say that when I was eligible to take each FAA written exam and oral and practical's I was absolutely prepared. This is credited to the elite instructional staff,and the projects that mirrored the practical exams. Finally career services is unmatched Marylou, and Lisa are the absolute best at what they do and are truly amazing.
