I highly recommend against staying at this hotel and if you do be sure to check for fraudulent charges. I had booked 3 nights for a relaxing spa getaway but to my horror I was surrounded by bachelorette parties. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation happening around you in addition to every footstep above you. I called the front desk multiple times during the night--the 4AM call was because a drunk girl was on speaker phone directly outside of my door saying "baaaaaabyyyyyyy" over and over and over again. That morning I went to the front desk and politely asked to cancel the rest of my stay. The gentleman working was apologetic, called the manager and said that they would only be charging me the resort fees. I then had to last minute find another hotel on a holiday weekend. When I returned home I found a charge on my credit card. I emailed and was told it would be refunded after 10 days. When it wasn't, I emailed back and they said they only had 1 noise complaint noted and did not have any record of the refund conversation. Plenty of better hotels in Miami Beach where you won't have to deal with this kind of garbage.
