First of all, rooms are only accessible from 2 a.m.

Second, there are no cold drinks at all in the breakfast parlor

Third, the room service is very unsatisfactory

Now for the positives

No sparking dust, very friendly and competent staff, very neat appearance

The only thing missing somehow is a better orientation map because the one that is handed out is very poor.
