It was nice they had a shuttle from the airport (hence 2 stars instead of 1). I got in to the hotel and the customer service at the front desk was quite unprofessional and discourteous. Mainly like she didn't really care about her job. I went down later to ask about internet (since when I called no one picked up the front desk). I asked if she could help me resolve issues with the wifi, that I paid premium for. She pushed a number and handed me the phone (which then went to an automated service for tech support). This was outrageous. Once I called tech support back in my room, the tech support team was confused why they were talking to a guest and NOT STAFF. Wifi is a basic requirement for business trips now and without it, I might as well stay at a motel. So the mix between unresponsiveness and indifferent customer service as well as lack of basic necessities has left me to leave this low rating. Worst Marriott experience I've had.
