Clean nice facility. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there are times when I have a scheduled appointment and I don't get out of there in under almost 2 hours. My other car is an Acura and yesterday I took it in for service and the facility is much more upscale than Lincoln and I was out in 45 minutes.
