I visited the office in February and ordered prescription frames. I let them know that I was only in town for a few weeks and if they can rush the order. They assured me that they could take care of it. Long story short, they didn t send the order until 3 weeks later. (A week later after I called to check on the status the first time.)
I had to call my provider to find out what was going on because they never called me back as promised.
