If you get even a month behind, they will start sending foreclosure demands. Then, they will charge you an "administrative fee" for sending someone out to your house to see if you still live there.

I don't think it should be legal for banks to pass your loan around. I would have never chosen this company if I had a choice. Chase Bank sold my loan to them during a bankruptcy. They messed up my escrow in the process and my payments skyrocketed due to their mess up. They would not work with me, just kept harassing me.

I finally got caught up, otherwise, I probably would have lost my house. Why is it that they are allowed to pass our loans around but we can't chose to stay with the original loan company? Mine too has been passed around three times. This is the worse company out of all three. Its creepy when they send people out to verify if your living there, even though that is their first question if you are in collections.

I would not deal with this company if you had a choice, but from the reviews I have read, most of us didn't have a choice and our loan got sold to them...
