One bedroom king suite was nice, especially on the 4th floor overlooking the city

Concierge, room service and check in staff were very helpful

Hotel grounds are a bit outdated

Hotel was completely booked the weekend we were there so the point of view restaraunt was unavailabke to the public

The other restaraunt on the grounds was completely overwhelmed and understaffed

Bartender was stressed and lacked any sense of customer service. The bathrooms were unsanitary which was completely unacceptable at any resort including one that charges over$300 a night

I don t blame the staff in this case, for management failed to plan ahead

It was unfortunate the hotel was unable to keep up their end of the bargain

I am a Hilton honors member and I doubt my wife and I will stay here again
