Horrible employer, regardless of the fact you re on phone 4 or 8 hours. Several issues, they do not accurately do your payroll. They say that breaks are paid but they doc your pay if use the bathroom excessively. Not to mention you ll be on a call and you ll have someone listening to it and if you say the wrong thing they ll immediately pull you off the phone instead of IMing or emailing. Most call centers have a way communicating with employees effectively do not it well. You re bombarded with texts and emails for available hours or rules that are fluctuating on a weekly basis. You cannot read, write, or even surf the web while dialing. This was a fun environment until they instilled several rules. I wouldnt be surprised if the turnover rate increases. I had to quit because the atmosphere was high strung and write ups and being sent home was a major problem. Too many supervisors do not follow their own rules with just dress code.
