Bought a dishwasher 13 months ago. Dishwasher broke on month 11. Called Maytag and they sent a technician. Problem not fixed. They recommended I buy an extended warranty. I did. Month 12, technician comes back. Problem not fixed. Month 13 - after numerous phone calls they book a technician. No one shows up. Called Maytag Canada. Call center is in the US. They tell me, quote: not our problem, contact your extended warranty provider . I say, I bought the extended warranty from you. They say you did not, please contact them. I contact them. They say, let us call Maytag because they provide the technician.
Moral of the story: DON T BUY MAYTAG products
