Update and even lower score now. Not enough shuttle busses. Driver says no staff. Vail come on. Last time - Not such a great experience. App isnt updated. Neither is website. Neither is twitter. I understand the need to work through weather but keepong customers who pay $170 for a one day pass is of utmost importance. Of note, we waited while they shoveled the Highland gondola. watched staff play with their phones. Told us it wouldn't open that day. Walked around to the main gondola and later skiied down Home Run and the H gondola was running. Unprofessional.
