Changed to 5 star. The day after I posted the original review(below) Adorama called me and said they would overnight one for saturday delivery for free. Unfortunately they called while i was in a meeting friday morning and they closed early so i was unable to contact them in time.

In all i am happy with Adorama and their customer service. The package arrived in its entirety on Tuesday, undamaged. It was unfortunate that they screwed up the shipping in the first place but they did make an effort to correct their mistake which i appreciate

Ordered Nikon D3400 with accessory pack online on 12-19-17 to give my wife as a gift for Christmas with the added bonus that she could take pictures our two kids on the first Christmas morning together in our first house. I checked the box that said "$35 Expedited shipping: receive it Friday 12-22 before the end of the day!" and paid the $35 for shipping. So I was pretty angry when they sent me a shipping notification this morning 12-21 saying that it will be delivered on Tuesday 12- 26, the day after Christmas. So I call customer service and inquire on why my package delivery time was changed. The rep kept saying i selected UPS 3 day which meant the order would leave Thursday the 20th and with the combination of the weekend and Christmas being Monday that i would not receive it until Tuesday. That makes perfect sense except... I DIDN'T SELECT UPS 3 DAY. I selected "$35 Expedited shipping: receive it Friday the 12-22 before the end of the day!". I deal with a lot of purchasing in my jobs and when people screw up like this they are usually much more helpful in correcting it and making things right. What would have turned this review from 1 to 5 stars is if they apologized and offered to overnight me another one free of charge pending I return the original one on the 26th and send them a tracking number withing five business days. I would have even been slightly less irritated if they offered to refund me the $35 shipping cost and maybe a portion of my purchase(although this still would have ruined Christmas for my wife). But no the lady fought and argued with me and finally offered to refund HALF of my $35 shipping cost. So I will not have this gift for my wife on Christmas, she will not be able to take pictures of my family on the first Christmas morning in our new house, and i get a lousy $18 back in 3 days. Thanks Adorama
