Great service. My package was lost in the mail, and they immediately resent one at no charge when I notified them. The parcel shipped out incredibly fast, and the products were all unharmed. They ship live plants in these cooler bags that are reusable for carrying of cold stuff, like frozen brine shrimp. Fantastic all around.

As for their products, my plants were dying from lack of nutrients, and the easy-green and root tabs made a difference within the week. As of about two weeks, my plants are thriving.

Will be buying from them again. Highly recommend.
